We work mostly with small and mid-sized companies in Malaysia — typically founder-led businesses or teams with an existing leadership structure who are navigating a growth phase, a transition, or a period of uncertainty. We're not a fit for very early pre-revenue startups or large corporations with dedicated internal strategy teams.

It runs as a half-day session — typically three to four hours — either at your office or at a neutral venue in the Petaling Jaya area. We begin with a short pre-session questionnaire so we're not starting from scratch on the day. At the end, you receive a written one-page direction note summarising the priorities and next steps we identified together.

Usually between three and five weeks from the kick-off call to the final presentation, depending on the size of the organisation and how many people we need to interview. We'll agree on a realistic timeline before we start so there are no surprises.

It runs quarter by quarter. At the end of each quarter we check in on whether it still makes sense to continue. There's no long-term lock-in. Many clients do run it for multiple quarters, but that's their choice to make at each renewal point.

The quoted fees cover the advisory work itself. If an engagement requires travel outside the Klang Valley or specific venue hire, we'd discuss that separately beforehand. There are no hidden charges within the scope we agree on at the start.

The easiest way is a short introductory call. We'll ask about your situation and be straightforward about which format we think fits. If none of our current offerings is a good match, we'll say so rather than push something that doesn't serve you well.
